Usually, with plane and buses, you can reach destinations relatively quick and comfortable. For remote places, you can rent a car or motorcycle, also with a driver.
The best road quality is mostly centred around big cities with highways and expressways, the rest vary from paved multi-lane to narrow dirt roads.
